Kevin Accola, MD, Medical Director of the Valve Center of Excellence at the Florida Hospital Cardiovascular Institute was invited to speak at the "Mitral Valve Regurgitation Symposium" in Bogotá, Colombia. The conference was held October 8-10, 2010 and featured several key physicians including Dr. Nestor Sanfdobal, cardiovascular surgeon, and Dr Jorge Luis Pinedo, cardiologist and President of the Colombian Society of Cardiology.
